Build the approval line you need

Each request has its own approval line, so a small purchase and a large contract can go to different people.

• Sequential approval: the request moves in order, and each approver can act only after the previous one has approved.
• Parallel approval: everyone on the line can approve at the same time.
• Notify-only recipients see the request and get notified, but their approval is not needed.
• Save a default approval line so you do not have to pick approvers every time.
• Admins manage approval categories such as purchases, budgets or expenses.

Everything about a request in one place

Approvers do not have to chase emails or attachments. The request page holds the details and the decision.

• Formatted descriptions with tables and images, plus multiple file attachments with in-app preview.
• Comments with @mentions to ask the requester or another approver a question.
• Approved and Rejected stamps show the result at a glance, and a rejection carries its reason.
• Confidential requests are visible only to the requester and the people on the approval line.

Reminders so nothing stalls

MODOO follows up on pending requests so the requester does not have to.

• Approvers get an email reminder when a request has waited more than a day.
• During Sydney business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm), the approver whose turn it is gets an hourly push notification.
• If a request sits with one approver for three business days, they receive a stuck-approval alert.
• The Discuss button opens a team chat room for the request.
